The agency package brings together accompaniment, interpretation, accommodation arrangements and medical-record translation. Your proposal specifies the hotel or apartment stay, hospital attendant arrangements and return flight included.
What is outside the package
Hospital medical charges are paid separately. Personal purchases and any additions beyond the written scope are agreed and itemized separately. Review the included services and exclusions together before payment.
Payment stages and changes
Coordination payments follow the stages set out in your written service agreement. If the hospital team declines your case, the coordination fee is refunded in full. Other changes and cancellations follow the terms provided before you commit.
