Airport transfers and interpretation

Airport transfers are arranged in advance, with an English-speaking coordinator alongside. Interpretation is provided throughout, and transport is arranged with you when you need it.

People and responsibilities

Know who handles which part.

Your senior coordinator organizes the schedule. Interpreters and hospital attendants cover the tasks set out in your service plan.

02

A senior coordinator at key appointments

Your senior coordinator attends the first consultation, procedure day, discharge and follow-up. The team manages appointment logistics, interpretation and communication with your family.

03

Your hospital stay

We request a single-patient room early and relay the hospital’s answer before travel. Room availability is the hospital’s decision. Round-the-clock nursing care is arranged through a licensed care provider, whose staff are employed, trained and insured by that provider.

04

A place to recover

Short visits use a nearby five-star hotel; longer recovery stays use a serviced apartment with a kitchen and laundry. Daytime support includes practical help with meals, shopping and local arrangements.

05

Your flight home

We arrange a changeable business-class return ticket around your clinical team’s travel clearance. Your written plan sets out the accommodation period and the support included.

06

What you take home

Your medical records and reports in English, available original imaging packaged in DICOM format, and the follow-up dates provided by your clinical team. We coordinate the handoff to your doctors at home.

Practical details

What a written service plan should answer.

Before committing to support, make the scope concrete enough that both you and the team understand the same arrangements.

  • Which appointments include accompaniment?
  • Where is interpretation included, and where is it separate?
  • Who is the practical contact at each stage?
  • How are changes, delays and extra visits handled?
  • When does support start and end?
